Tutoring

I am an Orton Gillingham trained tutor and received my education through The Key Learning Center at Carolina Day School in Asheville, NC.

What this means for my students:

My training focuses on students that have reading and language challenges, often because they have learning differences that are not addressed in typical classroom settings. My time with each student utilizes visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning tools simultaneously in order to make the biggest impact.

My local area includes Charlotte, NC.

Sessions and pricing:

Initial informal evaluation – $90/ This is typically a two hour session or two- one hour sessions and is followed by my written informal evaluation within a week from completion.

Orton Gillingham Tutoring

  • 2X weekly
  • 45 minutes each session (1 1/2 hrs. weekly)
  • $400 monthly ($100 weekly)

Summer workshop scheduling available upon request.
